National Association for Business Resources Names IDR, Inc. a Summer 2021 Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation

National Staffing Firm Recognized for Innovative Human Resource Practices and High Business Standards

ALPHARETTA, GA – IDR, Inc., an award-winning, employee-owned staffing firm, is pleased to announce their selection by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) as a 2021 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation award winner. The 11th annual competition honors organizations not only as Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, but also celebrates their achievements and success in empowering their employees through rich heritage and culture, traits that distinguish the Best and Brightest winners.

2021 Summer National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. The award criteria is determined annually, based on market conditions and trends, and is applied throughout the country.

IDR has previously been recognized by the NABR for their human resource best practices and innovative approach. IDR’s Atlanta office was recently named one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, the fourth year in a row they have received this award. Additionally, IDR was named a 2021 Dallas/Fort Worth Best and Brightest Company and a 2020 Best and Brightest winner in Denver and Nashville.

“We are excited to again be honored by the NABR’s Best and Brightest competition,” said President and Chief Operating Officer of IDR, Inc., Ashely Holohan. “IDR has experienced significant growth in the past year, expanding our consultant headcount nearly 80% while also growing our internal team by almost 30%. We are proud to be an employee-owned staffing company that puts people first, and we’ve worked hard to continue the HR best practices that have made us a Best and Brightest winner. This latest award is a recognition of those efforts and the exceptional experience we strive to create for all our employees.”

“The Best and Brightest is a powerful community of elite leaders who share ideas and practices, and have proven they are employers of choice. Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important actions in creating a sustainable culture that works, ensuring the wellbeing of their employees come first,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of Best and Brightest Programs.

Summer 2021 winners are not ranked and winning companies will be recognized during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit week in November. The fall and winter application process for 2021 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation is still open.
