National Staffing Firm Brings Best-in-Class Service to the Healthcare Industry with New Staffing Agency

Since the formation of its healthcare staffing division in 2020, IDR has experienced significant growth in the healthcare space. The creation of IDR Healthcare as a separate company within the IDR, Inc. network will allow the organization to better serve clients and support candidates in the healthcare industry.
The new company will be led by Ashley Holahan, Chief Executive Officer, Brandon Rogers, Chief Operating Officer of IDR Healthcare, and Matt Barnes, Director of Operations. An experienced staffing leader with 15+ years of experience, Rogers is committed to expanding the presence of IDR Healthcare within the healthcare industry, bringing IDR, Inc.’s best-in-class service and award-winning culture to new communities. Rogers will be supported by Barnes, whose passion helped lead to the creation of IDR Healthcare. Backed by a growing team of staffing specialists, IDR Healthcare provides staff augmentation, contract-to-hire, statement of work, and direct hire staffing solutions.

In response, IDR’s internal team also expanded to meet the increased demand for healthcare staffing services, growing at a rate of 27%.
