She began her career at IDR as an entry-level recruiter before transitioning into an Account Manager role, where she generated the highest sales revenue in company history. This foundation across both recruiting and sales gives her a unique, full-lifecycle perspective and shapes her hands-on, results-driven leadership style.
May May has been instrumental in evolving IDR’s sales approach, leading initiatives around SDR programs, sales playbooks, and performance frameworks that drive measurable outcomes. Known for building high-performing teams and bringing structure and clarity to complex environments, she focuses on aligning sales strategy to deliver consistent results and help clients rethink how they approach talent and growth.
Based in Nashville, she is also a mom to a young boy and girl. Outside of work, her family loves spending time outdoors, staying active, and finding adventure in the everyday.
