Anna Burton serves as IDR’s VP of Delivery, bringing 16 years of experience building and strengthening recruiting teams through thoughtful process, practical training, and strong execution. Working behind the scenes, she designs training programs that accelerate ramp time and help develop the next generation of high-performing recruiters and sales reps. Known for her solution-oriented approach, Anna quickly identifies gaps and bottlenecks and builds clear, scalable fixes that improve performance without sacrificing service. She also leads strategy, change management, and training adoption for companywide AI and technology initiatives turning innovation into real, day-to-day impact. Outside of work, Anna is busy managing the joyful chaos of her three boys and their sports-filled schedule.
