As November is in our rear-view we can look back on the fluctuation of the job market over the month. Good news: Jobs are up again for the 13th consecutive month. As a nation, we gained 80,000 jobs.

- On average, hourly wages rose by $.05.
- Long-term unemployment numbers fell to the lowest number since April. (5.9 million)
- Unemployment dropped by .1%
While many of these changes seem very small, they are leading us down a road to bigger changes in the future. Every .1% and $.05 puts us closer to a growing, thriving, and ideal economy.
