This month, our employee spotlight is Charlsie Murphy. Charlsie is an Account Manager out of our Nashville office and has worked at IDR for almost a year now.
She adores her job because it offers an ever-changing landscape with unique experiences every day, filling her with excitement. The culture at IDR, along with the bonds she shares with her co-workers, fills her with joy. Building relationships with hiring managers is another aspect she enjoys!
In her free time, she loves spending time with her grandad, which was a big reason she moved to Nashville. We are so happy to have Charlsie on our team and cannot wait to see how she continues to grow at our company.
