The title of this post is the same as the title of an article that is sent to potential internal candidates before or after their initial phone screen. We feel that this article sums up what we are about at IDR: Being on the Leading Edge.

Each of those markers lines up directly with one of our core-values. We are looking for candidates that approach their careers differently from everyone else. A candidate that isn’t afraid to try something new, get in the trenches with the rest of the team and gut out a victory. We don’t have time for someone that isn’t sure or needs some time to get adjusted. We want people that can hit the ground running and won’t stop because it gets tough or doesn’t go their way.
