A longtime IDR veteran who began his career as an entry-level recruiter, Will brings a deep understanding of what drives performance and pairs it with a forward-thinking, tech-enabled operating mindset. He has played a key role in modernizing IDR’s core infrastructure and advancing responsible AI and automation to improve efficiency, elevate execution, and help the business outperform industry benchmarks. Known as both a builder and a coach, Will leads with high standards and a human-first approach, challenging teams to focus on what they can control, develop strong habits, and deliver results that endure. When he’s not at IDR, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and anything outdoors.
