Every quarter our Atlanta office participates in our “Love to Live” program. We pick activities that are outside of our everyday tasks such as: shooting at the gun range, paintball, wall rock climbing, bowling or rafting.
They’re many reasons why having fun at work is so cruicial to us. For starters, it is a low cost and easy way to build morale. By having fun together, we enhance communication and builds social bonds than carry over through our work. We believe in a work atmosphere that is more than just cubicles and paperwork. By creating bonds outside of our workspace, we create a positive atmosphere that makes customers want to do business with us.
