  • Never. Our services are completely free for candidates. IDR is paid by the companies we partner with. Your only job is to focus on finding the right role.

  • Once you submit your application or resume, you’ll begin by completing a virtual screen with our Screening Agent, Recruiter Jamie. This includes a brief chat to gather information for your candidate profile, followed by a short voice assessment focused on your relevant experience. After that, your information is shared with our recruiting team. If your background aligns with the position, a recruiter will reach out to discuss the role in more detail and guide you through the next steps.

    Because we receive a high volume of applicants, this step ensures every candidate receives a timely touch point while helping us build your profile for current and future opportunities.
