OFCCP CERTIFICATION
At IDR, we are proud to be a trusted partner to organizations that value ethical, compliant, and people-first hiring practices. In light of recent federal updates, we’ve aligned our internal processes to reflect the latest OFCCP requirements — ensuring that we continue to operate with transparency, fairness, and legal integrity.
What Changed in OFCCP Certification?
As of April 21, 2025, federal contractors are no longer permitted to maintain affirmative action plans based on race or gender under Executive Order 11246. IDR has updated its policies and procedures accordingly to remain compliant with all federal regulations. While certain DEI-related reporting is no longer allowed under these new rules, we remain fully committed to upholding non-discriminatory practices and providing equal opportunity for all applicants. We continue to support affirmative action efforts as required under Section 503, which covers individuals with disabilities, and VEVRAA, which supports protected veterans.
What This Means for Our Partners
When you partner with IDR, you’re choosing a staffing firm that not only prioritizes top talent but also operates with integrity and compliance. Whether you’re a federal contractor, subcontractor, or private company committed, we ensure that your hiring process aligns with federal regulations — mitigating risks and simplifying compliance requirements.
Our Ongoing Approach to Opportunity & Inclusion
We believe opportunity should be accessible to all. That’s why our job postings remain publicly listed on state job banks and outreach channels — creating visibility and open access for applicants of all backgrounds, consistent with the latest federal guidance.
