The expansion marks IDR’s first international presence and represents a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth across North America.
With the launch of Internal Data Resources, ULC, IDR is now able to employ and payroll consultants directly within Canada, providing clients with a seamless workforce solution while strengthening support for Canadian talent. The company is currently authorized to operate in Ontario, where it will initially deliver recruitment and staffing services. As client demand grows, IDR has the opportunity to expand into almost every Canadian, obtaining any required provincial registrations or licenses before commencing operations in those jurisdictions.
The expansion reflects years of strategic planning and investment to ensure IDR could enter the Canadian market with the right operational foundation. In preparation for the launch, the company established Canadian payroll capabilities, strengthened legal and regulatory compliance, and built province-specific staffing infrastructure designed to support long-term growth.
