IDR's Training Program
At IDR, we believe our greatest resources are our people. That's why we offer a program that allows our consultants to attend trainings, conferences and pursue certifications that are reimbursable by IDR.
Please reference the rules below and fill out an application if it applies!
Rules
• You must be an active consultant of IDR for at least 6 months.
• Eligible consultants will be reimbursed for 50% of approved tuition costs up to a maximum of $1500 during employment w/ IDR.
• Training/Certifications must be pre-approved from your manager.
• If your employment w/ IDR ends within 6 months AFTER completion of the training, certification, etc., you will be required to reimburse IDR on a pro-rated basis for the amounts paid at the rate of 1/6th for each full month that you did not remain an IDR employee for the required 6 month period.
