Our Dallas office is currently without a trainer. No trainer makes our weekly boot camp tricky! Not wanting to fall behind, we have started to run our own boot camp. Since personal training is not our profession, implementing a training circuit is interesting!

A lot of our activities include full body workouts using body weight as resistance. Cross training is a key component of our program.
Round Robin, Circle exercises or as Matt calls it “Circle of Love” – We circle up and everyone has the chance to pick an exercise between twenty and 100 reps. Some exercises include: push-ups, burpees, sit-ups, butterfly kicks, jumping jacks, jump squats, star, bird-dogs, scuba-divers, and my favorite is mule kicks! This is a great team-building exercise.
We are also implementing yoga sessions. Our first one is next week…we’ll keep you posted.
The “circle of love” sounds like fun! Unless someone picks an exercise you hate…. Beneficial none-the-less and breaks up a normal work-out routine!
