Quarterly Summit Gathering: Days 3, 4 and 5

I introduced you to the beginning of our Quarterly Summit Gathering, here is how we wrap up our week together:

Days 3-5: Sales Boot Camp Training/Jedi Trials:

Who: All current and upcoming Account Managers, President, and Branch Managers.
Why: To review various topics in sales. We practice by role-playing situations to help prepare the current and upcoming Account Managers for real world challenges.
Jedi’s: A situational role playing test with five levels. This test is conducted with each Account Manager who has yet to pass the test, and for upcoming account managers. Once they have passed the test, the employee is IDR Sales certified and they are given accounts and promoted into account management.
