Helpdesk Technician Overview:
- Provide customer service support for IT hardware and software
- document troubleshooting steps and solutions
- Provide on call support as needed
- Utilize ticketing system to escalate and track issues
- Participate in some vendor selection, process improvement, project management activities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stay up to day on trends and best practices
Job Requirements
Service Desk Technician Requirements:
- 1+ year of Helpdesk/IT Support experience
- Knowledge and understanding of technical support best practices
- Strong understanding and experience with help desk ticketing systems
- Well rounded IT support knowledge including MS Office, Windows OS, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, etc
- Support of clinical applications preferred
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong customer service capabilities
