Application Support Analyst

IDR is looking for a Application Support Analyst for one of our Fortune 200 Healthcare clients in Denver, CO. This position will be a 12+ month contract with potential for multi-year extensions. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience supporting applications and analyzing where Understanding where security protocols may be causing ticketing issues, then assist in resolving these issues for end users.
Responsibilities of the Application Support Analyst
- Front-end application support
- Understanding where security protocols may be causing ticketing issues
- Helping triage access and logins
- Customer Service and experience working with end users
REQUIRED of the Application Support Analyst
- 4-6 years of experience of Application Support 1, 2, 3 (looking for someone who falls between a level 2 and 3, more senior)
- Front-end application support
- Ticketing system experience
