Help Desk Analyst

Location: Sidney, Ohio
Job Category: End User Support / Helpdesk

IDR’s client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join its team in Sidney OH! This individual will answer incoming calls from employees and customers, and provide hardware and software support throughout the entire organization.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst Include:

  • Provide assistance hardware and software assistance to users via phone
  • Provide support to Windows OS laptops and desktops
  • Utilize the Remedy ticketing system to assign tickets and track status
  • Re-set passwords in Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot workstation connectivity
  • Assign tickets to internal and external support staff

Required Skills/Experience of the Help Desk Analyst Include:

  • 2+ years' professional experience providing support via phone
  • Hands on knowledge in resolving issues with PC’s, Laptops, and Printers
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and XP Operating Systems
  • Experience utilizing Active Directory 
  • Setting up New Hire work stations
