IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of their Top Clients in Austin, TX! This position performs advanced, senior-level business analysis work. The Business Analyst will support enhancements to the Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) and the Accountability System for Educator Preparation (ASEP).

The ideal candidate will have a drive to support the mission of our client - improving outcomes for Texas students!

 

Top Skills:

• Deriving requirements from interviews with customers and creating system requirements
• System Analysis and Design
• Software Development Life Cycle
• Business Process Reengineering
• Development and user stories

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with The Educator Certification System (ECOS)
