Global IT Manager

IDRs largest client is looking for a Global IT Manager to join their team in Norcross, Georgia.

Responsibilities of the Global IT Manager:

• Maintain and update IT policies and procedures throughout the organization including network, security, Server (physical and virtual), and disaster recovery maintenance
•  Maintain access control, permissions, and Active Directory
• Overall maintenance of all IT software applications
• ERP application integration within an IT infrastructure
• Management of employees performing IT support and hardware functions
• Project management including managing assets, budgets, and expenditures

Qualifications of the Global IT Manager:

• 5+ years of experience managing an IT organization
• Bachelor’s degree in IT management, computer science, or equivalent
• Strong experience implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures for best practice
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and disaster recovery policies
• Virtual Server environment experience (VMware)
• Experience with various Microsoft applications including MS 365, Active Directory, and SQL Server
• Ability to implement IT programs and applications across a global workforce and produce technical documentation
