Junior Systems Engineer

IDR is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to support one of our clients in a windows 7 to Windows 10 deployment.

Minimum Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer software including current Windows Operating System.
• Experience with Microsoft 2010/2013 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project, and Internet Explorer.??????
• Troubleshooting skills
• Requires an excellent understanding of Windows 7 and 10.  Must be able to diagnose and analyze complex workstation problems.
• Outstanding customer support/service skills, as well as communication skills, are essential.
