Position Overview for the Technical Support Specialist:
- Provide assistance and answer questions on the company's software product and 3rd party products
- Clearly document work performed using the CRM
- Follow up on previous tickets submitted with the customer to ensure resolution is met
- Manage customer communication
Required Experience for the Technical Support Specialist:
- 1+ years of customer service, marketing, or healthcare experience
- Experience working with a CRM
- Healthcare experience is preferred, specifically with healthcare EDI
- Must be a team player and eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
