Position Overview for the IT Support Analyst:

  • Provide technical support for internal employees
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Provide tier 2 support for applications and hardware issues
  • Create tickets and escalate advanced problems as needed
  • Collaborate with engineers on special projects
  • Provide a positive and friendly demeanor to end users
  • Research to find answers to difficult questions
  • Utilize all of your resources
  • Utilize a ticketing system to document issues and resolutions

 

Required Experience for the IT Support Analyst:

  • 3+ years of IT Support experience
  • Recent experience in a Tier 2
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and internet issues
  • Excellent problem solving and research skills
  • Experience with desktop and laptop imaging
  • Ability to troubleshoot Group Policy issues at the desktop level
  • Preferred certifications: Network+ and/or A+
  • Associates preferred
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
