One of IDR's top clients is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team in Memphis, TN for a long term opportunity! The Desktop Support Analyst will support all hardware and software including but not limited to: servers, computers, printers, monitors and switches. They will work with end users and other team members to investigate and resolve any issues with computer hardware and software.
- At least 2 years experience working with desktop computer systems and Microsoft applications
- At least 2 years experience providing end-user support for computer related issues
- Experience breaking down and repairing laptops and desktops
- Experience with Adobe and Noble systems a plus
- 20+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets
