One of IDR's top clients is hiring for a Help Desk/Tier 1 Support Analyst to join their team in Dallas, TX for a contract to hire opportunity! The Tier 1 Support Agent will start out 100% remote and will eventually be required to go onsite!
This person will be apart of a call center environment providing tier 1 level support to customers and will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues! The ideal candidate should have TOP NOTCH customer service skills!
