Help Desk Analyst - Tier 1

One of IDR's top clients is hiring for a Help Desk/Tier 1 Support Analyst to join their team in Dallas, TX for a contract to hire opportunity! The Tier 1 Support Agent will start out 100% remote and will eventually be required to go onsite!


This person will be apart of a call center environment providing tier 1 level support to customers and will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues! The ideal candidate should have TOP NOTCH customer service skills!


Top Skills:

  1. At least 6+ months of experience providing tier 1 support to customers
  2. Must have an A+ Certification and a Network+ or Security+ Certification!
  3. Must have an Associates or Bachelors degree in IT (or related field)
