Technical Support Engineer (2nd Shift)

IDR’s client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its team! This role will handle support cases for data centers varying from basic user issues to break/fix field event management.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 12pm-9pm (no rotation or on call required)
