IDR's Top Client in the Retail Industry is kicking off a massive transformation effort to move towards a Customer-Oriented Organization. They're transforming their business processes and systems and all technology systems. This person will join the discovery phase as the Scrum Master over the Loyalty program. You'll lead all scrum ceremonies as we choose a new loyalty/promotions program & integrate/migrate it into all of our systems to ensure Loyalty is tied into all systems.
