Customer Service Representative
Our client is seeking a CSR for their Columbus, OH office. These people will be customer service representatives for our client's Title Procurement division. They will be interfacing with our client's end customers, title/registration professionals, and their employees. Each CSR will have their own cubicle, but the environment is very collaborative! They work as a team, especially since they spend a lot of time together.
- 2+ years of experience as a customer service representative
- Must have experience working in a call-center environment
- Must have solid communication skills via email
