Desktop Support Technician

IDR’s largest client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team here in Atlanta!

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technician:

  • Respond to tickets of employees experiencing networking issues
  • Keeping track of problem resolutions and escalate tickets as needed
  • Proactively provide solutions to decrease the amount of service desk calls and streamline problem resolution

Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician:

  • 2+ years of desktop support experience
  • Networking experience – preferred
  • A+, Windows, Network + Certifications– preferred 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
