Desktop Support Technician
IDR’s largest client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team here in Atlanta!
Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technician:
- Respond to tickets of employees experiencing networking issues
- Keeping track of problem resolutions and escalate tickets as needed
- Proactively provide solutions to decrease the amount of service desk calls and streamline problem resolution
Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician:
- 2+ years of desktop support experience
- Networking experience – preferred
- A+, Windows, Network + Certifications– preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
