Position Overview for the Help Desk Coordinator:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Take ownership in first call resolution
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries regarding software and tools

Required Experience for the Help Desk Coordinator:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience working in a Help Desk environment
  • Application support experience helpful
  • Must have outstanding Customer Service experience
