Responsibilities of the SCCM Administrator:
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware and software break-fix issues
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Hardware and software installations
- Working closely with cross-functional teams
- Partner with operations management to help with current and future IT needs
- Provide end user-support
Requirements of the SCCM Administrator:
- 3-5 years of experience in providing desktop-level support in an enterprise environment
- 2+ years of experience in SCCM administration
- Must have strong knowledge of scripting
- iOS and Mac OS experience preferred
