Customer Service Representative

IDR's largest client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join it's growing team in Duluth, GA!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Build rapport and collaborative relationships with customers and potential new members
  • Help determine the correct course of action to resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Work in a large, fast paced organization
  • Work cross functionally across multiple business units while demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills 

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • 2+ years customer service/call center experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a strong professional demeanor in the workplace
