IDR is seeking an Field Technician who will be expected to provide exemplary customer service support to stores and corporate users. The Field Technician will be troubleshooting software and hardware problems onsite to over 50+ locations.
- 2+ Years' Professional experience diagnosing & resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues with hardware and software
- Strong understanding of Networking
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time within the region
