Senior Manager, Customer Insights
IDR's global client is looking to add a Manager of Customer Insights to their team at their HQ in McLean, VA! This role is responsible for delivering transformative consumer insights and other internal consumer insights sources, facilitating enterprise-wide insights and collaborating among the portfolio around the user experience and innovation.
Additionally, the Senior Manager is expected to analyze consumer insights within the context of the competitive environment, leveraging strong business acumen and consultation skills to provide recommendations to senior leaders.
