How has your college experience influenced your career at IDR?

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve graduated and I’ve had a few different positions since then. But I would say that working through college set the tone for my career in management. It better prepared me for the workforce and made the transition easier for me. Also, getting a degree in Business Management has been beneficial to the path I have chosen as a leader within IDR.

What’s your most embarrassing moment?

I’ve had a lot of embarrassing moments. On the first day of my first big girl job, my manager was walking me around to all the VP’s offices and the first one I met I dropped my venti Starbucks coffee ALL over his office floor! I wasn’t even an employee for 30 minutes ☹

What was your biggest interview flop?

Not being prepared and when asked if I knew anything about the company I blanked and looked like an idiot.
