A minimum 2 years of professional selling or account management is required. Any type of staffing experience is ideal, but if you’re truly a rock star it’s not a perquisite for success.

You don’t have to be technical (I’m not), but you do need to be fanatical about winning (at everything), serving others, and hitting goals. It’s both metrics and mission over here.
