Top producers have earned $150,000-$200,000 annually. On average, a first-year employee will earn $50,000-$80,000. We also offer a competitive base, performance bonuses, and an all-expense-paid company trip through our Annual Sales and Recruiting Contest. IDR believes recruiting provides each employee with a strong foundation in understanding our unique approach to the staffing industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for building IDR’s local talent pool by qualifying candidates based on their technical and cultural fit for our Clients.


In sales, an Account Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with our existing clients and developing new business opportunities. Applying consultative selling and professional integrity, this role is vital in growing IDR’s portfolio while upholding our standard and commitment to service excellence.
