Our commitment to quality is reflected in our results:

  • A Net Promoter Score of 78.9% from our Clients and 85.5% from our candidates (the industry average for clients is -3% and 24% for candidates)
  • An Account Manager or Recruiter will be in touch within 24 hours to update you on the progress of your job or provide you with any helpful feedback
  • For every two candidates we submit, one gets an interview
  • For every four that interview, one gets hired
  • The average length for a contract is nine months

Our Engagement Management Program is another way we optimize satisfaction, performance and retention. We provide each Consultant with an Engagement Manager, a direct contact on the IDR team. The Engagement Manager provides the Consultant with an in-depth orientation prior to starting their contract to get them ready for their assignment and keeps in touch with them throughout the length of their contract to ensure they remain engaged with their project and our Client’s company.
