IDR provides a comprehensive direct hire solution in the form of a staff acquisition plan, in which we utilize all of our direct sourcing/recruiting interview techniques, conduct face-to-face interviews and rank the candidates.

IDR will verify degrees and employment history, conduct criminal background checks, test for technical skills and then re-rank the candidates selected. We will also coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidates for interviews, and negotiate start dates and compensation.
