Dollars: Earnings of Top Producers

Top producers have earned $150,000-$200,000 annually. . On average, a first year employee will earn $50,000-$80,000. Unlike most of our competitors, we allow you to earn commission from day one. We also offer a competitive base, performance bonuses and an all-expense paid trip to Mexico through our Annual Sales and Recruiting Contest. Our compensation is based on performance, and we firmly believe in rewarding hard work.

Recruiting

IDR believes recruiting provides each employee a strong foundation in understanding our unique approach to the IT staffing industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for building IDR’s local talent pool by qualifying candidates based on their technical and cultural fit for our Clients.

Sales

In sales, an Account Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with our existing clients and developing new business opportunities. Applying consultative selling and professional integrity, this role is vital in growing IDR’s portfolio while upholding our standard and commitment to service excellence.
